My main goal was to point out that perhaps women and men differ in what they consider "modest." A woman may dress with modest intentions yet a man may still fall victim to temptation. I'd note that these temptations lie in how men perceive things and not in what women intend.
It's not the woman's fault, of course. But if women base some of their dressing decsions on input from men, the result may be better for all involved. As always men can always use the help of the lovelier sex.
