What do we do about class conflict? The more we paint it over, sweep it under, or buy it out, the more we seem to deepen the ditch that divides the haves and the have nothings. But the problems will never go away until people will them away.

Here then is the diagnosis: class conflict starts with individual people placing their wants above what others need. The solution: recast the drama from "let's oppress each other" to "let's work together." Yes it's improbable that the world will shift on its axis to do this. But individuals can, at least in lucid moments, remember that the God who is love is always ready to help when we are willing to love.
